Long Distance Relationships

Probably one of the most difficult relationships in today’s society is the long distance relationship. First of all jealousy isn’t going to work in this sort of relationship. Expectations have to be established at the very beginning. This has to be done honestly and openly. It’s also very important that you live your own life when you’re apart.

When the two of you are apart its very important you don’t change your lifestyle. You have to continue going out with your friends. The biggest mistake you can make is sitting by the phone waiting for the call. Doing this will definitely drive you crazy.

Probably the biggest thing in failing a long distance relationship is jealousy. If you’re always worried about where your partner is and what they are doing then you’re setting yourself up for a very painful fall.

It’s important that we remember we are human beings and not robots. We crave passion and closeness with other human beings so is it really fair to ask either one of the partners to remain exclusive. You’re basically asking each other to be miserable while apart from one another.

To me a relationship is a relationship. I don’t care if your together every day or apart for months at a time. There should be no give when it comes to exclusivity. If you two care about each other enough you will make it work until you can be closer together for good. The key to any relationship is being open and honest. If you follow these two keys and you both care about one another then this kind of relationship really can work.

Activities For Anger Management

Tough is the word I would use to describe how it is to deal with the circumstances of getting angry with no control. Too many people don’t know how to handle tight situations other than getting uncontrollably angry. Of course we will leave young children out of that category. There are ways to cope with situations of the sort but not enough people know that the education is out there.

Participation is the key for individuals to be able to control their anger. There are a number of activities that can be practised when you are feeling like you are about to lose control. A very important and popular one is to exercise. Exercise will usually improve an individual’s mood rather quickly. These exercises can be something as simple as going for a walk or a very aggressive work out at the gym. Going for a walk in the country is usually the best. It will create a feeling of serenity which will keep you calm for a long time afterwards.

It helps for people to know that they are not alone. Once they see this then they have an easier time opening up about their feelings. There are many anger management camps or support groups around your area. This way a person also gets to hear about the success stories which in turn will make them feel like maybe they can shake this nasty and dangerous disease.

Kids are however a little different. While it is important to deal with the anger management issues, it usually takes a little different strategy. Kids don’t tend to respond to well in groups sessions like support groups. They either tend to shy away or get bored very fast. So what you need to do with kids is have them participate in sports that will help them overcome some of their issues. Other carefully planned activities work well for kids. It might be something like writing a story or coloring a picture. Either way with the exception of extreme case this has been found to work better than dragging your kids off to the mental doctor. Remember that they are only kids so you need to approach them as such.

Everyone is different so it, if possible should be left up to the individual to choose his activities. If you try and force someone into something they are unfamiliar with or something they don’t like then you will only end up going backwards in the helping of the anger management.

Kissing Is An Art

A kiss is about the best feeling in the world and a topic I can write about over and over again and always bring something new to the table. In this article I am going to describe how kissing is an art.

You are not born a good kisser. Kissing just like anything else needs education and practice. There are definitely worse things in life to do than practicing kissing. In this world there are many great things but nothing is better than a great kiss. The feelings you experience after a great kiss is almost unexplainable. I have written many articles in the past about kissing but none so detailed on different methods.

There is nothing like a dominating kiss. A kiss like this will knock her off of her feet. This is the special kiss that should be used when you haven’t seen your partner in a long time. This is also used as a surprise kiss. There is nothing that drives a woman crazy like the element of surprise. It also can be an outlet for all your sexual frustrations.

When you are kissing her let your hands roam and explore areas that you can. Make sure to stay away from private areas however because this is a kiss. You can think about your next moves later on. This may seem a little off topic but it’s probably one of the most important things I am going to tell you. Before you kiss her make sure your breath is okay. If you have any doubts then go and brush your teeth. You wouldn’t want to kiss her if she had bad breath so why would you expect anything different from her.

There is the explore kiss. You need to spend some time getting to know her mouth. By doing this it shows that you are more interested in her than just getting into her pants. New ways to excite her can be great for both of you. Good for you because you are learning more and more about her. And great for her because she loves the attention.

The good night kiss can be very special. You can take this a little further by running your fingers through her hair and reminding her that you love her. She will go to bed dreaming about you and what could have happened through the night.

Now there is the something special kiss before you go to work in the morning. Make sure you smile at her when you tell her that you will think about her all day long. This will keep her thinking about you all day. These kisses can also be used to see where things are going later. If she kisses you back romantically then maybe there is a chance the kiss will lead to more. However if she kisses you back very quickly and talks about the bills that need to be paid then you know maybe the chances aren’t so good.

A kiss holds great power when it comes to woman. With the right kiss you can make her melt in your hands. Affection is so important and there is no better way to show it then with a kiss. It’s a great quiet way to say I love you.

Is Bigger Always Better?

Forever people have been asking the question, “Does size matter?” Men and women both ask the question. Most men are forever obsessed with the size of their penis. They explore many different ways to build the size of their penises. The penis enlargement business is one of the most booming. It offers many different remedies for penis enlargement. Creams pills, patches, weights and even mechanical devices and in rare cases surgery is even performed.

There are so many misconceptions out there. Men with larger organs are more manly and better in bed. Then of course there’s the opposite. Small penises make you less of a man and at times is even associated with impotency.

I don’t think most of you will be surprised when I tell you that the average penis size is not twelve inches. We have to remember that adult male movie stars do not represent the average male. If you are very well endowed it’s because of one of two reasons. One is you were very lucky or you have undergone some sort of penis enlargement procedure. In actuality the average penis size is 5.4 to 6.3 inches erect.

Women are forever telling us that size doesn’t matter when it comes to sexual pleasure. Width is usually more important in the long run. The secret is hitting the woman’s g-spot which is only about two inches inside the upper walls of the vagina.

Near the entrance of the vagina and anus are the nerves that are stimulated during love making. Girth is much more important here then length. A thicker penis stretches out the vaginal or anal walls stimulating the nerves. This creates friction that most women love during intercourse.

Everyone is different so of course everyone’s preference is going to be different. Because of the reason above women do prefer wider but not necessarily longer penises. What you have to remember however is that it’s not all about the male member. Women seek intimacy. You have to connect with them emotionally. Remember to buy them flowers, give them massages and light candles. If you have a girthy member that will usually count for something but you probably won’t even notice it.

Remember sex is more than just penis. You have to try different positions. You can incorporate toys into your love making. You have to identify her erogenous zones and develop ways to stimulate her. Remember that the penis is actually a small part in the whole big picture when it comes to love making

How To Get Clues That Your Partner Is Cheating (Part 3)

Cheating can be one of the most devastating things that can happen to a man or woman in a committed relationship. In the next few articles I intend to bring you up to speed on some clues that you can watch for if you have any thoughts that your partner may be cheating. This will be the second article on this discussion.

Let’s go back to the beginning of a relationship. What really happens before two people decide to get married? They have been dating and checking each other out. We all know that women do the choosing. Men respond to women’s signals and a relationship moves forward at a pace governed by the women’s appetite. So how does a couple who is totally in love and committed to each other end up in the predicament dictated by cheating.

1. You start to notice that he is cleaning his car out every day. He is especially careful to make sure that nothing belonging to the kids is in the car. He won’t allow the car seat or any toys for that fact.
2. You come home from work; your wife tells you that she is going out for coffee with one of her girlfriends. You notice that she’s not wearing her wedding ring.
3. The two of you have been married for several years and your husband has never offered to help you with the laundry but now all of the sudden he always wants to do the laundry as if he has something to hide.
4. You get home from a business trip. You go to give your spouse a kiss and you notice scratches on him or her. When you ask there is no explanation.
5. Things in the bedroom have always been pretty normal but now all of a sudden your spouse wants to start doing new things in the bedroom.
6. The two of you have always enjoyed a pretty good sex life but now all of a sudden your spouse doesn’t want to have sex any more.
7. Then there is the opposite. You guys have had a fairly normal sex life but all of a sudden your spouse wants a lot more sex.
8. Your spouse has been doing a lot of overtime in the last couple of months but at the end of the month the amount of money that goes into the bank account never changes.

This is part three of a short series on clues that your partner is cheating. By all means you can’t take these clues as gospel. Before doing anything rational I would suggest waiting for the rest of the articles to come out and even then I would be careful before accusing someone of something you don’t have proof of.

How To Get Clues That Your Partner Is Cheating (Part 1)

Cheating can be one of the most devastating things that can happen to a man or woman in a committed relationship. In the next few articles I intend to bring you up to speed on some clues that you can watch for if you have any thoughts that your partner may be cheating.

1. You and your spouse have had all the children you want. The both of you sit down and decide a vasectomy is the best way to go. You have the simple operation and everything is great. About a year later you are looking for something in her night table and you find birth control pills that are being used.
2. Your spouse and you have always got along with each other’s friends. One day you notice that these friends are now acting weird toward your spouse. To me this gives me the indication that they know something about your partner that he or she may be hiding from you.
3. Forever you and your spouse have always talked about things that have bothered them. There have never been secrets in your relationship. Next thing you notice is that your spouse isn’t talking to you and definitely isn’t confiding in you.
4. You’re going through your internet bill one day and you notice there is a new email account added to the bill. You had no clue there was a new email address. When you ask your partner about it they just tell you that it’s not important but they don’t offer to show you.
5. You give your spouse a kiss before he goes to work and you notice he has your favourite cologne on. You are very happy that he’s wearing it. When he gets home you give him a kiss and you notice that he smells like different cologne.
6. Your partner has never had any interest in going to the gym but all of a sudden he or she has a sudden interest in taking on many, many vigorous work outs at a gym across from town.
7. Your both sitting on the couch one evening watching a movie and all of the sudden you hear a phone ringing. She looks a bit confused when she reaches into her purse to shut the phone off. When you ask her why she didn’t tell you about the phone she claims that she just forgot about it.
This is part one of a short series on clues that your partner is cheating. By all means you can’t take these clues as gospel. Before doing anything rational I would suggest waiting for the rest of the articles to come out and even then I would be careful before accusing someone of something you don’t have proof of.

5 Secrets from a Life Coach to Achieve Lasting Happiness by Jeannette Samanen PhD

In my work as a life coach, I find that there are five basic ingredients that lead to sustained happiness. Cultivate these deceptively simple behaviors and you will live a happier life.

1. Give and Receive Love

Your relationships are what nourish you the most, whether with family, friends or pets. Be kind to those around you. Be willing to give and receive support, encouragement and hugs. Make time for those you care about.

Research has shown that kindness to others provides more lasting satisfaction than having fun.

2. Do Meaningful Work

Meaningful work may be a job you care about, whether it's work you get paid for, or taking care of your family. Meaningful work might be volunteering at a local hospice or teaching Sunday school.

Meaningful work can also be a hobby or interest you pursue, such as singing in a choir, collecting rare coins or quilting.

Meaningful work gives purpose and joy to your life.

3. Nourish Your Body Properly

You need a healthy body to enjoy life. When you take the time to eat nutritious foods, you provide your body with what it needs to function properly.

You feel better when you eat with awareness. Stop eating when you are full. Listen to your body and choose the foods your body loves. These may be different than the foods you crave. Really notice how the foods you eat affect you and make your food choices accordingly.

Enjoy alcohol in moderation. Life is enhanced by a glass of wine with dinner or a couple of drinks with friends after work. If alcohol is creating problems in your life, it's time to modify your drinking behavior.

4. Exercise and Rest

Watch a young child or a pet and you will notice vigorous activity immediately followed by rest. They run around like crazy and then conk out. We are hard-wired to do this. Make sure you get enough of both.

Exercise provides your body with the activity it needs to remain healthy. It also produces endorphins, hormones that create a natural high.

Ample rest is as important as exercise. People who get adequate sleep do better on every measure of physical and psychological health.

Take brief relaxation breaks during the day. You will return to work refreshed and better able to handle whatever challenges you face.

5. Cultivate a Practice of Reflection

Provide yourself with regular opportunity to reflect on your life. Take a walk during your lunch hour or turn off the radio in your car on the way home. Keep a daily journal or spend time in church focusing on the past week and the one ahead. Set up a regular appointment with a life coach.

This is time to take stock of what is working in your life and what you would like to see different and better. You will gain awareness that enables you to be more in control of your life.

Taking time for quiet reflection will also help you to calm and center yourself. This is a great way to manage the stress in your life.

In Summary

You can think of these elements as a beautiful flower with five petals. When you practice all of them, you will definitely make your good life better

How To Get Clues That Your Partner Is Cheating (Part 2)

Cheating can be one of the most devastating things that can happen to a man or woman in a committed relationship. In the next few articles I intend to bring you up to speed on some clues that you can watch for if you have any thoughts that your partner may be cheating. This will be the second article on this discussion.

We all know that women do the choosing. Men respond to women’s signals and a relationship moves forward at a pace governed by the women’s appetite. So how does a couple who is totally in love and committed to each other end up in the predicament dictated by cheating.

1. You take your spouse’s truck to the grocery store. On the way there you put the sun visor down to keep the sun out of your eyes and you notice some phone bills. When you have a look at them you notice that it is a personal cell phone bill that has his office for a billing address.
2. You’re doing your spouse’s laundry early one Saturday morning. You go to pick up his jeans and his wallet falls out spilling the contents all over the place. You notice condoms fall on the floor. You instantly wonder why he has condoms when you are already on the pill.
3. You’re snoopy and don’t really mean nothing by it but you pick up your spouse’s phone to play with it. While fooling around you notice that your spouse has deleted all of his or her incoming calls.
4. You notice that he quickly deletes all his emails and his inbox is usually empty when before the emails used to accumulate.
5. He starts asking you questions about what you have been doing. He accuses you of things that have no merit. This is usually done out of guilt
6. You notice a lot of weird hypothetical questions coming from him. Questions like “Do you think it’s possible to love more than one person?”
7. This may seem trivial but you notice some of his old underwear missing and then you start to notice new underwear in its place. This normally wouldn’t be a huge issue except for the fact that you have always bought his underwear.

This is part one of a short series on clues that your partner is cheating. By all means you can’t take these clues as gospel. Before doing anything rational I would suggest waiting for the rest of the articles to come out and even then I would be careful before accusing someone of something you don’t have proof of.

Fitness To Help Your Intimate Life

Fitness to help your intimate life is the latest craze in society. In this article I hope to give you a few pointers on keeping your body a bit healthier thus keeping your intimate life healthier.

Today’s culture has put a huge emphasis on fitness to improve intimacies. It is of course a great idea but in the real world it’s not as easy as it sounds. There is a ton of hard work and dedication that’s involved to make this happen successfully. Whether you’re the gifted athlete or the all night partier you are going to want to read this. The concept really isn’t that hard. Your intimate life is directly related to overall health. This means that if you abuse your body you are abusing how you might perform intimately.

If you’re a man and you want to maintain a great intimate life then you have to learn to take care of your body. Cardiovascular health is the most important because your intimate life depends on healthy blood flow through the body. I know you won’t stop eating junk food but it and foods high in cholesterol should be kept to a minimum. Something’s that you want to stay away from all together is tobacco, large amounts of alcohol and recreational drugs.

Of course smoking introduces nicotine into the body which in turn constricts your veins and arteries. This will make blood flow slow down. With less blood flow it’s a lot harder for a man to maintain the needs for intimacies. Too many men, especially younger men think they can abuse their bodies with alcohol, drugs and junk food and suffer no setbacks. Unfortunately guys you are not bullet proof. These kinds of actions are sure to cause negative consequences, especially in the bedroom.

If you have a few more pounds on you than you really need then you should seriously thing of getting rid of them. Just by doing this you can enjoy intimacy well into your later years of life. Men who engage in physical activity keep their blood flowing which keeps their heart strong. It also helps to produce testosterone. More blood flow to the pelvic region can be maintained by the proper exercises. You can work out the lower part of your body including quadriceps, hamstring and your lower back.

Many things to avoid in order to maintain a healthy intimate life are stressful situations, unhealthy foods, long work days and various drugs. All these thing lower your body’s willingness to perform healthily. Remember while we are abusing our bodies we are also getting older. So combining these two things and you can be assured to have no intimate life by the age of 40. So the only person who can remedy this situation is you.
